Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at info@blancworld.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Small surface scratches on the tin plate cans during transit are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Blanc World is not liable for any damage or issues caused by its products during use. All purchases are for personal use only and reselling without prior consent is prohibited.

The following items are not eligible for a return:

Items that are not in their original condition, items that are damaged or have missing parts due to customer error, items that were purchased at a discounted price, and items that are returned after 28 days of delivery.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The item must be in sellable condition and returned at your own cost. When the return is approved by customer services, we must receive the item within 28 days of the original delivery. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
